How do I enter the kinzchat plus area on webkinz?

Now that the clubhouse in webkinz world is a tree it only has one door. I want to get to the kinzchat plus, but there is no door for it. I know that your parents have to do this permission thing but my parents made one and it said that I had to go to kinzchat plus and send this thing to them, but I can't get to kinzchat plus because there is no door for it. HELP!
