1. Neopets is the best, but not the simplest. I found one a few years back that was really simple. You could pick from a dog or cat, I think, but I don't remember what it was called. You might google it. Also, you might try Webkinz.
2. try neopets.com if the user is under age 12 or 13 they cant talk to anyone and it has games they can play and there's toys for the user to by for their pet and they can paint them different colors and stuff.
