what is the best virtual pet ever that is a hendheld???

I dont want it on a pc or a gameboy i am looking for like a tamagatchi like virtual pet. I want it to be very interactive fun to play with and not easy to keep alive ( just something that could keep an adult entertained.

1. a pet rock is nice. it does not make noise and bother you. it never asks to be taken outside. it does not cost a lot to feed. if you want to go outside and play catch with it, it is always available and never says no. . and as far as not being hard to keep alive, it is already dead, so nothing to worry about. also, you do not necessarily have to name it. also, it can be your own nationality and race, and you will not have to worry about it getting sick and being put into quarantine. you can travel with it, even on an airplane
