Is this supposed to happen in webkinz world?

I just got 2 more webkinz pets (the reindeer and love frog) and they are my 11th and 12th webkinz in all. Usally when I adopt a new webkinz, it comes with a free room but it didn't this time so I had to buy 2 new rooms for them and int he map it wouldn't let rename the rooms it always said that I was using a word that's not allowed. Does this happen when there are this amount of webkinz in one account?

1. You don't always get a room with a Webkinz My daughter has 84 Webkinz, and she has had that happen to her a lot. She had to buy about 30 rooms.
