Someone got onto my Webkinz account and spent over 3000 kinzcash?

This morning, I had roughly over 13,000 kinzcash on my account. I'm terrible at saving, so this was pretty good for me! I was proud of myself :) I just logged in about 10 minutes ago to find that I had 10,057 kinzcash. I have NEVER shared my password with anyone before, and it's pretty hard to guess considering that it has both letters and numbers in it. Also, I left my cow Elizabeth sleeping on the Hammock in my Garden. When I went to my room, she was sitting on the couch in her room. What should I do? It's practiclly impossible to guess my password! That's like the most kinzcash I've ever had and I was really sad to see it go down! Help me!

2. This situation happened to me and one of my soon-to-be step-sons. He had 20,000 Kinz Cash saved up and then when he logged back on later he only had 9,000. Here's what we did: 1. We contacted the Ganz website by e-mail (Go to the site) 2. We changed his pasword. (His too was impossible to guess, but still) 3. We also changed his account name 4. After that we talked with his twin and his two siblings that sometimes use his laptops, and one of them admitted to doing it. Do you have any sibs that could have maybe found out? First you should email webkinz support (webkinzsupport@ganz.com) or email elubin and theyll tell you what to do if you email them at w@elubin.com 3000 kinz cash is quite a bit but consider yourself lucky because haveing so much kinzcash most people wouldve spent it to the last penny.
4. I'm sooooo sorry! I agree with Taylor V: make sure no siblings or such did it. If they didn't, then contact webkinz (ganz) through customer support and see what they say. I hope you get it back!
5. What did they spend it on? Maybe it's just a glitch? Half the time I log on, and stuff is missing out of the room, but it comes back later. Either way, you should email the admin. & report that ASAP.
6. Wow! I can't even imagine that! If I was you I would change your password a.s.a.p because the person that got in to your webkinz account could be on your account right now! One time I went in to the Charm Forest and I got a charm! Yay! But this is what went wrong, it took me to show me my charm in my charm box (that is what I call it) and it never came into the box! I sent a note to webkinz (ganz) and the said they couldn't do a thing! I was amazed! And I never got it back. I hate to say this but.......................... I don't think you will get your kinzcash back. Sorry!
