Webkinz World is unavailable and is giving me this weird message?

I always just keep the log in screen up on my computer, so I didn't know it was unavailable. I typed in my info and a window popped up saying..."Webkinz World is temporarilly unavailable. Because you have not finished adopting your pet, come back later to finish the adoption process." This is very strange. I just adopted my new Yellow Lab this morning around 9:00, but now it's 5:00 and it's telling me this. Why? Is anything going to be messed up with my new lab when I go back on? The site didn't go down when I was adopting my lab, everything was fine then.

9. Oh My Gosh!! YOU HAVE THE YELLOW LAB WEBKINZ??? WOW! IT HAPPENED TO ME MANY TIMES. JUST GO TO support@webkinz.com or webkinzsupport@webkinz.com And it should list what you ask. I need to go. But I hope this Helps. also, you aren't the only 1 who can't go on.
