Webkinz keeps logging off?

Both my kids have separate Webkinz accounts. My daughter's works fine and she could play for hours if I let her. My son can get on the computer seconds after she logs off and when he logs in to his account it immediately logs him out and says we can't connect to Webkinz world. You will now be logged out. After that my daughter can log back in and it works fine. Webkinz website has been no help at all. Tried changing passwords and all their other suggestions but nothing works. These are both brand new accounts just set up after Christmas so it should be good for a year.

Did there 1 year account end?? The webkinz is only good for a year then they expire.. You might wanna check on that... hOpe this helped!
If i played it i would know but im thinking maybe its been a year and you might have to make a new account and start again if you have not played for a year maybe your son can share accounts with his sister while you fix it. hope i helped.
