Webkinz error message?

Both kids have Webkinz. My son's works perfectly. My daughter gets the same error message "can't connect to Webkinz World" and gets logged out every time she tries to enter "My Room". She tries to log in - error. He logs in RIGHT AFTER HER - works fine. Every computer, every time. I only find "network is busy" type answers. This is obviously NOT the case since one child's works and the other does not. I tried clearing the "cache" and other hints posted by other people. Nothing is working. HELP!

1. I have the same problem, i can get in every room except my room then i get the error message and it logs me off while my brother's account works fine. I honestly don't know what the problem is but try emailing Ganz about the problem and they might be able to help you. Good luck.
