webkinz help!?
I just adopted a new webkinz.I got the gemstone table which was what I've always wanted,but then it said we can't connect to webkinz world,then it logged me out.When I logged back in,my gemstone table was gone!I really liked it,and now it just disappeared.I tried contacting webkinz,but they haven't answered me yet.Is there any way to get it back?Can someone please help me?My username is abbynobles.

- wow, this is like the 5 repeort that i have heard about this same issue...someting really seems to be fishy! All that you can do is contact ganz, which you said you have already done! I feel horrible saying this but there is nothing else you can do! I would give you mine but i don't have one. Sorry!! Good luck on getting it back! I really hope you do!
- Contact Ganz on the log in page. You won't get an answer until Monday. You should be able to get it back. There are some glitches that they have to work out on a daily basis. No one to fix it on the weekends. Sorry, but if you explain. They should be able to fix it. Go it to Contact Us - then go to seeing error messages and then type in your username, password, e-mail address, where it occurred and a little message. It took a couple of days but they fixed my problem. Hope this helps. Good Luck!
- Whoa, that's weird. That just happened to me too! I just adopted a new webkinz yesterday, and it came with the Circle of Friends topiary. Just as I was placing it in my yard, I got that exact same message you got, and was logged out. When I came back, it was totally gone. It wasn't in my yard or my dock, or anywhere. I have contacted Ganz as well. I got an email back saying that they would get to my email in 7 to 10 days. What I did was fill out the form under "Other Error Messages" in the Customer Support Tech Help section. I seem to have more luck when I use this than when I just write an email to them. I think you get to it by going under Customer Support and then click on "I got an Error Message".

They will only talk to adults.
