Webkinz HELP PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!?

Why do they sometimes log you off of Webkinz world???? I hate when that happens, me and my friend were playing a game and they made us log off. Has anyone else experienced this unthoughtful thing?? If so share your abiding experience with thy(me) Thanks to you!!! This informntion will go towards a report I have due in a week. The report is for Langage Arts and I have not even started so I need some backup for my hypothesis. I know that there will be comments like "Why are you sitting at home on the computer when you could be typing this?" Well, I needed some stuff to support this hypothesis!! Thank you and have a wonderful day!! Like right now, they are having problems with their Pet of the month program.

oki asked the webkinz people why it does that they didnt give me a answer they just said that they will fix it.
They always sign my kids out or there site isn't working. I guess they have too many people playing.
i know they have to make room for other ppl so they go shutting ppl off randomly
yah i got that my aunt she plays webkinz and they logged her of when she found a key in the charm forest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just got logged off a few minutes ago. I was just about to go into the Charm Forest and got logged off. It said for repairs. I have been logged off many times before this. I think it's glitches in the system and the servers can't handle the load when there are so many of us on. One think I don't get is that we are supposed to put our Webkinz to bed before we log off and when we are logged off, we don't get the chance to do this. It upsets me. I wish they would work out the kinks before they let us see or do things. They started Clubhouse Plus and then closed it for repairs. It is yet to open. I like the site but it's getting aggravating. Thanks for letting me rant. I hope they fix the problem soon!
YES! And not only did I get rudely logged off, but I lost an exclusive item as a result! I had just adopted a cocker spaniel, and she came with a Circle of Friends Topiary for her exclusive item. I was right in the middle of placing the Topiary in the yard, when I got logged off. When I logged back on, the Topiary was GONE! It was not in the yard, not in my dock, not anywhere! So I emailed Ganz, and they sent me an email saying that they were sorry but they could not reward me with a new Topiary. They recognized that sometimes there was a "hiccup" in the system that could, on rare occasions, result in the loss of items. But they refused to replace it, which made me really mad! I have also been in the middle of games and been logged off, which made me lose the kinzcash. Another thing is, when you get logged off, you aren't able to put your pet in bed, which is not healthy for it. Dr. Quack is always saying my pets need more sleep, but it's not my fault because I put them to bed when I can. I can't help it if they are not in bed and I get logged off.
