I need help... is anyone else having problems on webkinz?

i got a webkin for christmas... every time i log on it works for 5 minutes and then a pop up comes up saying " Oops. We cant connect to Webkinz world... you will now be logged out,,," i havent been able to play without that happing... is this happening to anyone else?

Right now is when people come back from work and a lot of kids get winter or holiday break. also, recently, webkinz became way more popular by everyone around the nation. i actually just got my first webkinz yesterday and started playing today. i tried to get on and the connection is really slow. must just be the server. Just try again tomorrow :) Hope this helps !!
