Is anyone having trouble with Webkinz?

My son just got a webkins and I'm having trouble adopting it. I got as far as a username and password. It is saying oops server error. I then got out and went back in and was able to put in the code. Then it said it can't connect to webkinz world and I was being logged off. The account is their but I can't do anything else it just keeps saying It can't connect but my other sons goes right through. No problems. Maybe with Christmas there's alot going on with it's site. Also does anyone know how to contact them? I went to customer service and it asks for the info of this account I just did but it then says they don't have that on file. I thought to start over and open another account but I can't use the code again. Help. He really wants to use it.

call ganz. and leave it overnight and wait for christmas to be over then if it doesnt work then call
do you remember the login info for the first account for your son? If you do, log in with that account later, like about 9AM. Usually the server isn't as busy and its easier to get through. Check if your internet connections are ok, if they are try my suggestion. Good luck!
