Why does it log me off when i try to get to "MY ROOM" in Webkinz?

I can log on and i get to the main screen, but if i try to go into my room it says the world is unavailable. However if my freind tries with her webkinz on the same computer it works.

1. This happens to me too. I hope that they fix it soon, it is very annoying! My kids can get in their rooms, but my account makes me log out whenever I try to go to my room, argh! On the main page under customer support you can click on "I keep getting an error message" and then click on "I cannot load my room", and you have to fill out some info, I did this and have not heard from them yet, but hopefully it works.
