I need help with loading room in webkinz?

my daughter can log on, no problems, she can go anywhere in webkinz world, but every time we load her room, it freezes while loading furniture. this is so annoying, she has saved money, and can't put anything in her room, or put her pet to bed. I have emailed them, no answers, we have tried to reset her account, they said they would let us know within 3 days, still have not heard one thing. there is just no way to contact these people. any help?? she saved her allowance for this, and now its useless. thanks, I just hard from the support, and they say I can re- adopt her pet any time tomm. it has been like this for weeks now, and it never works, so hopefully, i will be able to do it this way!

1. It some times does that to me but then it works. If they don't get back to you try again to get into her account. and then log out and then log back in again and click on my room hand see what happens. Hope this helps or you find a nother way! :D I starred your question because this is a good question and it happens to alot of people but then it works. sometimes on the webkinz instrucion thing in the biging has questions people asked them and some are about rooms try there.
2. Webkinz is not always working just a few days a go it said sorry we are fixing webkinz world please try again .Sometimes it does that to me too.
