can anyone tell me how to get into my webkinz room.it keeps login me out when i try to go in.what can i do?

I've just registered as a new member in the webkinz world. It will let me do everything else in the world but it will not let me go in to my pets bedroom.when i do try it logs me out. It will let me go into my other pets room so I know it's not my computer.Any suggestions?

1. Go to technical issues on the main page. Then go to "I keep getting an error message." Then click on I cannot go in my room, and fill out the info it asks for. That way Ganz may fix it faster.
2. maybe somebody is going on your account cause that happens to me all the time
3. The same exact thing is happening on my sister's account. It's not the computer,because it works on my account. And nobody knows her password because I just changed it. I don't know what's wrong.
