HELP! Computer problems? Read the details!?

My email says that there's an error so I can't read my mail so I press trouble logging in and i press go ot original yahoo mail and it will come up but not as original yahoo mail. It will come up like it is Typed up and I can go to my inbox but when I click my messages I can't read them. HELP. And also webkinz world. I go to webkinz.com and I click log in and it when come up with the box except it will be all white and will say done at the bottom left hand corner. How can I fix this? Most sites look like they're typed up.

YAHOO SUGGESTS THE BELOW OPTIONS TO REMEDY SOME PROBLEMS THIS WILL CLEAN UP YOUR COMPUTER AND MAKE IT MUCH FASTER FIRST CLEAR YAHOO CACHE In Internet explorer at top of window select tools then internet options then choose delete temporary files, cookies ,browser history etc - then another box will open - select delete all -Then close explorer then open again .At first pages will be slow once and then will load fast after it loads 1 time.Also email etc you will have to sign in 1 time with password etc. This will create new cookies. then also go to start at bottom of on task bar. click start 1 time then select find or search depending on your operating system. Select all files and folders - then type in defrag and click search.When icons come up double click and new box will come up - select analyze then you will see how fragmented you are - then choose defrag.You can put this program on your desk top by right clicking on the icon you found in search for defrag.
