Help! My Exclusive Item disappeared completely! What happened? How do I get it back?
I just adopted a Webkinz Cocker Spaniel. It came with a Circle of Friends Topiary as an exclusive item. Well, I was going to put it in my yard, and just as I was in the middle of doing so, I got a message that said, "We cannot connect to Webkinz World right now." And I was logged off. When I logged back on, the Topiary is not in the yard, nor in my dock. It is NOWHERE!!! Has this ever happened to anyone? I contacted Webkinz by filling out that form under "Other Error Messages" but other than this, I don't know what to do.

- Oh no! I have had this happen to me when I was getting the high score of the day (it was a BIG score too!). I got that same message right in the middle of my game! I have also had this happen with a few minor items, but nothing as severe as yours! I feel so bad! I guess the only thing you can do is send in a form, and hope for the best! Good luck!
- I am so sorry.I feel so bad for you.That happened to me too,but I never lost any of my exclusive items.Maybe you should try to log out,then log on again to see if you get it back.It might be an error.

- I lost my sparkle plant the SAME exact way! Agh I was so mad! I didn't do anything about it, even though I should have. Is the place you contacted support@webkinz.com? You can try that if you haven't already, because I'm not sure what you mean by 'Other Error Messages'. Sorry that happened, GOOD LUCK!
