Webkinz Problems???! HELP?

Everytime I try to log in I get this error message, "I am sorry, we can't connnect to Webkinz World. Please log back in later for more fun and games. You will now be logged out." I just got my webkinz and I have't eve logged on once successfully. I keep trying but nothing is working. Help. I tried this about 3 hours ago too and it still isnt working. Any suggestions? Tahanks

well there can be two things: 1.webkinz is sooooo busy with people you can't connect. 2.someone else has figured out your username and password and is using it. since they are on your webkinz, you can't connect, cuz only one person can be on.
Hey, same thing is happening for me, I just got a webkinz and it says the exact same thing that it said for you. I have no idea what it could be but it probably is just so busy like the first person said. Sorry I can't help but you're not alone! Good luck (and hopefully it will work for me too :P) EDIT NOW it is saying that the site is doing "important maintenence." BAH.
Right now webkinz is ALL messed up. If you look on webkinz right now you will see that they are trying to fix it and hopefully make it better than it was before. It is really annoying but you will be able to go back onto webkinz soon! hope i helped =]
Webkinz has gotten soooo popular now that on holidays it is ALWAYS hard to get on. I had a REALLY hard time getting on to register my new Webkinz that I got for Christmas so you will just have to be patient. Try getting on at several different times a day, not just once. The busiest hours are from 12pm-4pm est. Do not try getting on from 12am-3am est (that is the time they get ready for the next day's activities) but try to avoid the busy hours. Even though it may not be very convenient, it could be the only way during the holiday season to have some fun! If you do get on, I wouldn't expect Webkinz' full potential even then, because it is still experiencing a large amount of traffic. Hope this helped and I hope you get to register you furry friend! I know exactly what is wrong. I had the same trouble so I contacted Gamz and they said there was a high volume of traffic but it still doews that to me so all I have to do is hwen it says "you will now be logged out" DO NOT CLICK "OK"! Click on the button in the corner that says "Log Out" then select ""no" when it asks "Are you sure you would like to log out of Webkinz World?" The you can play as normal and you won't be logged out. Hope I helped!
Same here. I got on once and fed my kinz, but could not enter my room, but now the site is closed hopefully it will all get fixed!
Hitting NO to the log off when you get the error message does not work. I have already tried that and although it does not send you back to the log in screen you can't go to any other screen either. My daughter did this and tried to go to her room etc. and it would not do anything. Anyways now that webkinz has their website down hopefully they have figured out there is a problem and they trying to fix it. Hopefully they will so my 2 disappointed children can actually play with their christmas gift.
I suggest patience, the Ganz company did not do what they should have to ensure their website would work on Christmas Day but they sure did a great job pushing the advertising to buy those toys, now all of those who bought the toys cannot even get online because their servers are on overload. this is happening to me too, i got error messages while registering and i can get in sometimes, i do it the way the person above me said, when it says it's logging me out i don't click ok, instead i click log out in the top right corner and then when it asks if i'm sure i say no and i'm still logged in, but i can't get to my room, so i haven't been able to feed my pet since i got it, and i play games in the arcade and it tells you at the end how much kinzcash you recieved and it doesn't give it to me, i can't get into the store either, and when i try to look at my pets adoption certificate it's blank, i'm very disappointed in webkinz, and there's no returns so i'm stuck with it, i'm calling them monday and making them do something about it bc really it's not fair to pay 13 dollars for a code and not be able to use even a 5th of the features, basically the only thing i can get into is the arcade, and my scores don't even matter bc it doesn't store them or award me cash for them
