Webkinz without a home!?

Three of my children received Webkins for Christmas. They cannot enter their rooms or chat with others (a cousin) without getting logged off (error message: we cannot connect to webkinz world, you will be logged out now). They can play games and feed their animals but cannot play with them etc. Does anyone know how to remedy this? We have contacted Ganz about this problem. Haven't heard back from them and the kids were hoping that someone else might have a resolution.

1. No, but you can contact Ganz by going to the "Contact Us" section of the Newzpaper. Sorry that I couldn't help and sorry about your children's pets! Hope Ganz can fix it!
2. The reason this is happening is that every single kid on this planet seems to have received a webkinz for Christmas. The Webkinz server is simply not big enough to accomodate all of the traffic. The problem should die down in a few days/weeks/months....
