Suddenly the log in area of the webkinz site is blank and we cannot log in. Anyone experience this and have answers? Thanks.

Nope sorry maybe its something with your comp it never happened to me.
I'm experiencing the same thing -- my kids are really getting impatient! The log-in space has been missing since last Thursday or Friday (I think) -- soon after the new "Club House" crashed the server. Sorry I can't help, but I'd love some answers too...
It happend to me twice in a row.. well turn off your computer turn it on again and you will be in WEBKINZ WORLD!! Hope It Helps Good Luck!!

I have been having this problem for days now and can't get an answer anywhere. Please let me know if you figure it out.
I think that I may have a lead on this issue. I upgraded my FLASH player two days ago and have experienced this problem ever since I rebooted. I have a second PC in my home that does not have the problem and has not had a FLASH update. This is very strange because when I load up webkinz.com, I look at the bar on the bottom of my Explorer window and I see the yellow triangle "error" warning which, when clicked, brings up a window saying the following: Line: 46 Char: 2 Error: 'minimum_FlashVersion' is unidentified Code: 0 URL: http://www.webkinz.com/ I'm going to hunt down this error code to see if something is amiss with the newest version of Flash. UPDATE: OK. Ive got it working. Here's what I did.... real simple. As per the instructions on the webkinz FAQ, I simply deleted the cache on my browser (Tools/Internet Options/Delete Files), closed my browser and then restarted explorer. I went to webkinz.com and got my login screen back. good luck to all.
We have been having the same problem. I tried deleting my temporary files as suggested above. It worked like a charm, thanks so much.
