Webkinz re: Lil Kinz Brown Bear ... any owners?

So as I stated in my other question, my daughter didnt receive a gift or bio or room for her bear. OK so if you own one or if you know someone who does, can you please give me some info: Favorite Toy Favorite Food Favorite Friend Favorite thing to do It does let us buy the special food. That is available to us in the W shop area, so have no idea why everything else would be missing. Thank you for your time.

2. Hmm...that sounds like a technical problem. You should of received all of those things. Have you tried contacting Webkinz Support? Try e-mailing them at support@webkinz.com and tell them about the problem. And every Webkinz is given a different bio, so not all the bear's favorites are going to be similar. Hope this helps!
3. Heeeeey we adopted one too and then got logged off!! Maybe its code has a glitch then. We dont have a bio or room or gift it it wasnt our tenth one either.!! Thats just too weird!!!! We want another one too so they can be twins but Im wondering now if we should. So you're not alone in this one. Ive sent countless emails and tech questions to Ganz and Webkinz with NO responses!!! Frustrating!!
