Are there any other virtual world or virtual pet sites, such as neopets?

I would like a very nice (good graphics, well kept up, etc.), free, virtual reality type site. I've been to neopets, travian, marapets, powerpets, adopt me, virutal pet, jennifer government,and lots of others. I don't want a chat site, although I don't care if it has chat. I also don't want to download anything, pay for it, or get spam/popups from it. I like virutal pet and virtual world sites mostly, such as neopets for pet sites and jennifer government for world/country sites. Any ideas?
